A positive conclusion of the State Expertise on the project "Multifunctional complex Alcon III" was received. A new multifunctional complex will appear in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, on Leningradsky Prospekt, 34. As part of the complex, it is planned to build a 36-storey hotel and an 8-storey office part, united by a 4-storey block.
