On September 8, within the framework of the IX International Investment Forum Proestate, the winners of the National stage of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence 2015 world competition were announced. Residential complex Microcity "In the Forest" was recognized as the best project in the category "Residential real estate. High-rise construction", in which residential complexes and houses with a height of 6 or more floors were presented. Microcity "In the Forest" competed with 12 major development projects from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg.

FIABCI Prix d'Excellence is one of the most prestigious international real estate competitions, which has been held annually since 1992.
