The REPUTATION 2023 award ceremony took place on December 7. The Association of Real Estate Market Professionals REPA held it this year for the fourth time with the support of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of Moscow and autonomous non-profit organization Centrinform. The goal of the project is to develop a management culture, as well as strengthen the institution of professional and business reputation in the industry.
This year about 200 participants competed for 15 award nominations. They were evaluated by more than 30 experts. There are the partners of the award this year: PIONEER, LSR Group, Expert RA, SocMediaMarketing, bnMap.pro, Trust Technologies, Whitemark, Kontakt InterSearch Russia and ERZ.

Over 18 years the Metropolis team has implemented more than 600 projects. 78% of the projects are multifunctional complexes, hotels, sports and cultural facilities, and social infrastructure. By the end of 2023 the company has more than 530 employees in offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod.
Some objects put into operation in 2022-23: ZILART DIAMOND / building10, CITY BAY residential complex (1st stage), Level Seligerskaya, Alia residential complex, Russian Pavilion at Expo 2020, Pavilion №19 ATOM at VDNKh, ZOTOV Center.
Social and educational projects
Metropolis invests in educational projects that raise the profile of engineering so that this complex and interesting work attracts more talented people and makes them proud of their profession. One of our goals is to bridge the gap between academic education and business’ needs.
Metropolis is the initiator and partner of the Special Student League "Architecture, Design and Construction" under the auspices of the International Engineering Championship «CASE-IN» (part of the "Russia - Land of Opportunities" platform).
52 teams took part in the 2023 competition. They were 402 people from 7 leading universities in the country. More than 30 mentors from Metropolis conducted 314 consultations. The jury included company experts, as well as teachers and deans of faculties.
A significant expansion of the list of universities invited to participate, as well as league partners, is planned for 2024.

The quality and reliability of the services provided by Metropolis are confirmed by implemented projects that have become symbols of their time: Moscow City skyscrapers, sports facilities of the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, Grand Sports Arena Luzhniki, where the 2018 FIFA World Cup was held, urban cultural space GES-2, Russian pavilion at EXPO 2020 in Dubai, etc.

The number of positive expert opinions (including State Environmental Expertise and Moscow State Expertise) received for facilities designed by Metropolis increased by 42% in 2022.

- The total area of all Metropolis’ projects currently in the design process is more than 2,800,000 m².
- The Metropolis portfolio includes more than 10 objects with a height of over 200 meters.
- Metropolis is the only winner in Russia of five Engineering Oscars, 100+ AWARDS for the best structural, engineering and BIM-solutions.
- GES-2, that was designed by Metropolis, is the first cultural institution in Russia to receive a LEED GOLD certificate.
