The GSA Luzhniki project was declared the winner of the All-Russian competition for environmental development and energy efficiency Green Awards 2017 in the Social Facilities category. The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners took place on September 13 as part of the Proestate International Real Estate Investment Forum.

For GSA Luzhniki, our team developed the Project Documentation and Detail Design for structural and engineering solutions, as well as special sections of the Project Documentation.

In 2015, the stadium received BREEAM International 2010 Bespoke certification from the Interim Design stage. Now the stadium is waiting for the final certification.
