According to the results of the fifth annual Russian Employer Rating 2014 published by Headhunter, Metropolis has been in the top 100 for the second year in a row. This year the company ranked 95th.

The HeadHunter Employer Rating is the largest and most authoritative rating of the country's best employers. Every year more and more companies of various profiles from all regions of Russia take part in it.

Companies are evaluated from three sides:

1. external evaluation - the opinion of applicants looking for a job;
2. performance evaluation of the HR department;
3. internal evaluation (engagement) - the opinion of company employees.
