On October 4 the winners of the third All-Russian Engineering and Architectural Prize 100+ Awards were awarded at the X International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild 2023 in Yekaterinburg. 83 projects competed for victory in eight categories this year. The expert council received 198 applications for consideration from 27 cities all over the country. 14 companies became winners of the “Engineering Oscar”.
The jury and expert council included more than 50 experts: traditionally they were leading Russian and foreign specialists in the construction industry and representatives of the government.
The winners accepted awards from the Russian Ministry of Construction Irek Faizullin, the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal District Vladimir Yakushev, the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev and the head of Yekaterinburg Alexei Orlov. The award ceremony itself took place during the gala dinner reception of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region.

The Metropolis company received an “Engineering Oscar” in two categories:
The best engineering solution for the construction project – GES-2. The award was accepted by the General Manager Alexander Vorozhbitov.

The best BIM-model of a residential building – Opera and Ballet Theater in Sevastopol. The award was presented to commercial director and co-founder of the company Muhamed Nasser.

Today Metropolis is the only company in Russia to win five Engineering Oscars..
