According to the results of the fourth annual Rating of Employers in Russia, published by Headhunter, Metropolis entered the top 100 and took 82nd place. The Rating of Employers in Russia provides a unique opportunity to demonstrate the status and successful work of a company with its image, to receive recognition from colleagues and high praise from management. The Russian Employer Rating is a large-scale project organized by HeadHunter. This is an integral indicator of the company's attractiveness as an employer, which includes an assessment of both the external and internal HR brand of the company. Participation in the Rating is free and open to all companies with more than 100 employees. When preparing the Rating, world's best practices and an approach to evaluating companies from three sides were used, taking into account:

1. public opinion - job seekers looking for a job or working in other companies. They choose companies where they would like to work according to the methodology approved by PwC;
2. professional opinion - HR specialists fill out a professional questionnaire developed by HeadHunter, assessing the level of work with personnel and the effectiveness of the HR function;
3. the opinion of company employees - the research company ECOPSY Consulting studies the involvement in the work of employees of participating companies in terms of three parameters - satisfaction, loyalty and support for the initiative.
