A multifunctional sports complex will appear on Volokolamskoe highway, not far from the Spartak stadium.
Its construction is planned to be carried out in two stages. As part of the first stage, a business center will be built, located on the first line along Volokolamskoe highway.
The second stage includes a complex of apartments, consisting of four detached buildings up to 72 m high, united by a common underground part.
The first floors of the buildings will be occupied by entrances, offices and public premises. In the underground part of the complex there will be a parking lot and technical premises.
For this project, Metropolis specialists have developed a concept and design documentation for an office building with a total area of 28 140 sq. M, which is part of the Business Center, and a complex of apartments with a total area of 103 875 sq. m.
In 2015, a business center on Volokolamskoe highway, owner. 67 was awarded the Moscow Archcouncil Prize.
