On July 14, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin visited the construction site of the ZILART residential complex and checked the progress of work on the comprehensive reorganization of the ZIL industrial zone. Sergei Sobyanin noted that this is the largest comprehensive project for the development of industrial territories not only in Moscow, but also in the world. Not only about six million square meters of real estate are being built here, but jobs are also being created.

ZILART will include public spaces, social, educational and cultural institutions, including the Hermitage-Moscow Museum Center.
