We encourage a sporty and healthy lifestyle. The company has its own gym equipped with modern exercise equipment, where our employees work in the morning and evening to maintain good physical shape. Various corporate tournaments are held annually.
Good physical shape allows our colleagues to take part in urban sports events, such as the annual Moscow Marathon, Arena Marathon (St. Petersburg) and successfully complete distances of 5 to 42 kilometers.

Cooperation with universities and internship program
The Metropolis company is interested in attracting young specialists and willing to identify talented young people at the stage of universities who can become members of our professional team.
Since 2018, our company has been cooperating with the leading industry universities of the country and organizing case championships. The case championship is a competition between student teams in solving practical problems based on a real project. The practice of such competitions is aimed at developing the competencies of young specialists in non-academic projects and preparing them for working conditions in a real project organization. Based on the results of the case championship, Metropolis invites winning teams, as well as participants that impressed the most, for an internship, where young specialists can join the company's production process and work alongside more experienced employees.
In 2023, the Metropolis company initiated the creation of the Special League "Architecture, Design and Construction" of the international engineering championship CASE-IN. In total, more than 400 students of 7 leading construction universities from 4 cities took part in the competition, making 52 teams. In each team, the participants chose a chief project engineer and distributed the roles of an architect, designer, engineering specialists and a BIM coordinator.
Metropolis offered the winners and finalists of the Special League internships and the possibility of further employment in its offices in St. Petersburg, Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod.
Now the company employs several dozen young professionals who have recently received diplomas, and some combine work and study. We appreciate a fresh look and a creative approach, so we actively attract students who want to develop in their specialty and gain invaluable experience working on large-scale and unique projects.
