The role and functions of the general designer will be discussed for the first time at the International Forum 100+ TechnoBuild

On October 2, as part of the business program of the International Construction Forum 100+ TechnoBuild, a session entitled «The Role and Functions of the General Designer Using the Example of Implementing Technically Complex and Unique Projects» will be held. The organizer of the discussion is the Metropolis company, a leader in architectural and construction design.

The main goal of the session is the systematic professional development of the general design institute in Russia in dialogue with the main participants in the process - customers, technical customers, government bodies, general contractors, users, representatives of the scientific community and leading industry universities of the country.

Against the backdrop of the dynamic development of the construction industry and the increasing complexity of the designed objects, issues related to the role of the general designer are becoming increasingly relevant and will be raised for the first time within the framework of such a large-scale event. The session participants will not only share their experience, but will also be able to identify new approaches to the effective implementation of unique projects that meet the highest requirements. The panel discussion will touch upon projects both at the implementation stage and those built, for example, the objects of the «Luzhniki» sports cluster, the urban cultural space GES-2, the Moscow clinical scientific and practical center named after A.S. Loginov, etc.

The session will be held on October 2 at 16:30 at the Forum 100+ TechnoBuild – in the International Exhibition Center «Ekaterinburg-EXPO», in hall 3.4.
