Bolshaya Dmitrovka IX is a de luxe class apartment complex located on the street of the same name in the Tverskoy district of Moscow. The complex occupies three club six-storey buildings - "History", "Breed" and "Light".
The main one of the mansions is "History", the facades of which go directly to the street. The facade of "History" is decorated with tiles and decorated with preserved masks of Egyptian pharaohs and is designed for 32 apartments. History is an architectural monument of the late 19th century. The mansion was designed by Adolf Erichson, a Russian architect with Swedish roots, who created more than 40 Moscow buildings and houses.
Two other mansions "Light" and "Poroda" for 32 apartments each are made in a more modern style. The mansions are located away from the street, closer to a private courtyard.
The facades of the Svet mansion are made of white architectural concrete. A special highlight of the house are the French balconies with cast-iron fences and vertical landscaping.
"Poroda" is distinguished by dark facades, which are designed using rock formations - granite and quartzite.
The three-level underground parking for 207 cars and 15 motorized spaces deserves a special mention. Inside there are unique charging stations for electric cars and a separate lift for sports cars.
The mansions have their own fitness club with views of the green garden. A green wall of wild grapes sprouts nearby. A mirrored alley will be laid between the mansions "Light" and "Breed". The decoration uses premium natural materials, creating a unique atmosphere for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
