    Park Rublevo

    "Park Rublevo" is a new residential complex of increased comfort, which includes twelve blocks of 4 and 8-storey one-section residential buildings. The complex is located in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region - in one of the most picturesque places in the Moscow region, near the river. Each residential block consists of one, two or three buildings, united by a common underground part.

    All apartments have panoramic windows or large terraces with forest or river views. Under each house there is a two-level parking lot equipped with an elevator.

    The complex has a developed infrastructure - it includes a kindergarten and a school, shops, a restaurant, a bank branch.

    Favorable location, transport accessibility, landscaped area and modern engineering equipment – all this creates the most comfortable conditions for the residents of the complex.

    In 2013, the project of the Park Rublevo residential complex received the EcoVillage ecological certificate, became a laureate of the Real Estate Market Records 2013 award in the New Moscow Region No.1 nomination, and was also awarded in the 2013 MIPIM Best Projects category.

    In 2014, the residential complex "Park Rublevo" won the Urban Awards in two nominations: "Residential complex with the best architecture" and "The best residential complex under construction (business class) (Moscow region)".
