    Pokrovskoe-Rubtsovo

The elite cottage village "Pokrovskoe-Rubtsovo" is located on the right hilly bank of the Malaya Istra river in the Istra district of the Moscow region.

The building area once belonged to an old Russian estate of the 18th century, which in different years was owned by the writer D.P. Golokhvastov and his wife Savva and Zinaida Morozov.

The main manor house and park have been preserved and restored.

The layout of the village is designed in the form of a trefoil and is divided into four parts: "Royal" - the central part of the residential area of the village, adjacent to the park, the western ray - "Tsarskoe Selo", the northern one - "Dvoryanskoe gnezdo" and the northeastern one - "Rubtsovsky Posad".

Metropolis specialists have developed projects for the houses of the cottage village, linking them to the area in accordance with the general plan.

In 2014, the cottage village "Pokrovskoe - Rubtsovo" became the winner of the international real estate market and finance TREFI prize in the nomination "The best cottage premium village".
