The design and construction of the complex is carried out in several stages. The inner courtyard space of the residential complex is organized according to the principle of "courtyard without cars", with the placement of the necessary areas for recreation and sports in it.
Underground heated parking for 449 cars, equipped with its own video surveillance system, will forever give you confidence in the safety of your car. The height of the entrance will allow you to leave even a very large SUV here (up to 1.97 m in height). Hinged ventilated facades of all buildings of the residential complex "Normandy", made of high-quality porcelain stoneware, meet three important conditions: beauty, environmental friendliness and efficiency.
The technology of monolithic-brick construction with hinged ventilated facades is implemented as follows. A metal frame is attached to the bearing surface of the wall or to the monolithic floor of the building, on which the facing slabs are attached. A small space is left between the outer wall and the slab for air circulation. In addition, a hard mineral wool insulation is used here. This system avoids the dew points that often appear in other homes and provides thermal insulation to reduce heating costs for the home.
The heating system is designed in such a way as to optimally combine efficiency, economy and aesthetics. The pipes are laid under the floor screed and do not take up space in the apartment.

Metropolis specialists developed design documentation for stages 1, 2 and 3 of construction in terms of design solutions, internal engineering systems, on-site networks, as well as special sections of the Design documentation. The design was carried out using BIM technologies.
Its use implies the development of a computer model of the entire complex and a thorough study of each stage of construction.
