As part of the implementation of the multifunctional complex "Vodny" in the volume of the first stage, a shopping and entertainment center and a 28-storey office building with a multi-level underground parking lot were implemented.

The three-storey shopping and entertainment complex is built within walking distance from the metro, which makes it very convenient for visitors, and includes more than 100 stores, a hypermarket, restaurants and cafes, a multiplex cinema and a children's entertainment area. The shopping center provides for a large-scale atrium area and original facades, which noticeably distinguish it against the background of the surrounding buildings.

The project of the modern residential area "Vodny" was implemented as part of the second phase of construction of the multifunctional complex "Vodny", located in the north of Moscow, on the Golovinskoye highway. The residential complex includes five residential buildings and a multi-level underground parking lot.

The residential buildings are staggered and consist of 26 floors, the first of which are intended to house a kindergarten, fitness club, cafes and restaurants. In the underground parking, which unites the buildings of the complex, in addition to the storage areas for vehicles, the necessary technical premises are provided.

MFC "Vodny" has repeatedly won prestigious awards in the field of urban real estate projects. In 2014, the project won the Urban Awards competition in the category "Best apartment complex (comfort class, Moscow)". At the competition "The best implemented project in the field of construction" for 2014, the Vodny MFC won in the nomination "The best implemented project for the construction of multifunctional shopping centers and complexes." In 2015, the Vodny MFC project was recognized as the best multifunctional complex of the year at the CRE Awards competition.
