Residential complex Symphony 34 is located in the Savelovsky district, 10 minutes from the center of Moscow.

Symphony 34 includes four residential skyscrapers of different heights: Graphite (54 floors), Crystal (49 floors), Silver (43 floors) and Sienna (36 floors), as well as free-standing low-rise buildings that will house commercial and service infrastructure. There will be areas for the children's educational center, preschool educational organization and retail.

    Visualization: MR Group

The architectural concept of the project was developed by Kleinewelt Architekten and it represents a symphony of individualities. The buildings face each other like a group of dancers in order to maximize natural light and provide residents with stunning views of the city. Dance, as a metaphor, conveys the key idea of the project - the principle of easy and natural interaction and complementarity: between man and the urban environment, man and nature, man and man.

For the facades of each building, its own visual solution was chosen. A variety of materials for the facades of the complex emphasizes the complexity and, at the same time, the integrity of the entire composition.

Landscaping unites the complex of towers into a single composition – all elements of the concept are connected by a boulevard passing through the entire territory of the complex, 70% of which is reserved for green spaces and landscape design. Open to all visitors from the south and east, a common area provides unhindered access to the public functions of the complex. There is also a private courtyard, provided exclusively for residents.

The inner courtyard is divided into several functional zones, interconnected in meaning. There are lawns, areas with a special coating and landscaping elements beside each tower. On the north side, a place for recreation is provided – a park integrated into the urban environment. In the shade of trees there is a small pond with a pavilion, as an element of the natural landscape. In continuation of the green quiet park, with the use of integrated coverage, an active recreation area – a sports ground – is inscribed.

The infrastructure of the complex includes underground parking with an elevator, restaurants, cafes, a fitness club with a wellness & spa area, a children's club and a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a bank, dry cleaning, a wine cellar, etc.

Due to modern engineering solutions, the residents of the complex will have access to the smart home system, increased security, modern silent elevators, utility billing systems, as well as comfortable common areas.

For this project, the Metropolis team developed a concept and project documentation for internal engineering systems and technological architectural solutions, and also completed a construction organization project.
