    residential complex
    Etalon City

Located in one of the most comfortable districts of Moscow, the complex has a highly developed social and transport infrastructure.

The complex, in addition to residential buildings, includes commercial areas, a comprehensive school, a kindergarten and a training center.

According to the architectural concept of the author of the project - bureau SPeeCH - each house of the Etalon City residential complex reflects the typical features of the famous cities of the world.

The facades of the towers are interpreted as a single artistic canvas, created based on the famous engraving of the Japanese artist Katsushiko Hokusai "The Big Wave". This idea is embodied not only in facade solutions, but also in the decoration of public areas and in landscape design.

The design and construction of the complex is carried out in several stages. As part of the first stage, three multi-section residential buildings up to 73 m high are being built.

The second stage of construction includes a public and residential town-planning complex, consisting of six high-rise residential buildings with an underground parking lot, built-in and attached premises for trade enterprises, social infrastructure and a technopark.

The maximum height is 99.8 m.
