The Alkon business complex is a new class A office center located in the Northern Administrative District of Moscow at one of the main transport arteries of the capital - Leningradsky Prospekt.

Four spacious buildings of varying number of storeys from 8 to 11 floors are united by a two-level underground car park.

In each building, the top three floors are occupied by spectacular terraces with panoramic views, which not only provide comfort for negotiations and business coffee breaks, but also give the complex a unique look against the background of the rest of the area's development.

Each building has a multi-lumen atrium that provides maximum natural light for the interior, where both offices and shopping areas and catering establishments are equipped.

The convenience and efficiency of the work of employees and visitors of the Alkon Business Complex is due not only to creative design solutions, but also to modern developments in the field of engineering.

The initial design of the first phase hulls was developed by Fitzroy Robinson in 2007. The project provided for the use of light-colored porcelain stoneware façade panels, but later the architectural solutions were modified by ADM, in particular, the light façade panels were changed to terracotta ones.

In 2013, the Alkon Business Complex won the REXAWARDS award in the category "Best Class A Office" and was also nominated for the CRE Moscow Awards 2013.
