    5* Hotel in Vladivostok. Visualizations

    5* Hotel in Vladivostok. Visualizations

The museum and exhibition complex will unite branches of the Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of the East, the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, the School of Creative Industries and a branch of the Mariinsky Theater.

The territory of the hotel is adjacent to a developed road network with good transport accessibility. According to the results of the conducted research, a great demand for the future hotel by tourists, including foreign ones, has been revealed. This is due to Vladivostok's good sea and air connections with countries such as Japan, China, the Philippines, North and South Korea.

The image of the hotel is based on a sail fluttering, twisting in the wind, driven by the wind forward. Due to the twisting of the shape at the base and the sharp completion of the facade, dynamics are set, striving upward, which symbolizes the development of the city.

Vertical facade elements were used to combine and maintain unity with the museum and theater complex.

The three-dimensional composition in the form of a tower located on a stylobate provides rooms with the best view characteristics. The residential part of the hotel, located in the tower, is located high above sea level, the rooms offer stunning views of the bay, the Sea of Japan and the Golden Bridge. A sky bar is provided on the top floor of the building. The two—storey stylobate of the hotel has public areas - a restaurant, a SPA complex and a conference center, which are within direct walking distance from the level of the mitoK terrace. Since the territory for the placement of the object is a narrow plot of land with a relief difference of about 12 m, the stylobate part is terraced and bends in accordance with the relief.

The level on which the main entrance and lobby of the hotel are located is allocated taking into account the most convenient entrance and disembarkation of passengers from vehicles. The entrance of guest and official vehicles is carried out from Aksakovskaya Street, while for arrival and departure vehicles make only right turns — which does not interfere with the movement of vehicles of mitoK and residents of surrounding houses.

Guest parking spaces for 53 cars are provided on the hotel site, located on different levels of the terraces of the stylobate.
