The multifunctional complex Moreon, located in the Southwestern District of Moscow, was built with the most advanced technologies and modern equipment. First of all, it is a large water park with a wave pool, jacuzzi and exciting slides, some of which are outdoors. The complex also includes a fitness center, thermal baths, SPA center, bowling alley, restaurants, and a children's amusement park.

The complex is a complex composition of previously existing, reconstructed and newly built objects, divided into buildings "A", "B", "C", "D" and a separate temple-chapel and boiler room. All buildings, starting from the 0.00 mark and above, are interconnected by two-three-storey "inserts", which provide convenient technological connections for various thematic groups of the complex.

The scope of work of the Metropolis company included the development of design documentation for the entire complex, as well as the implementation of working documentation on structural solutions for buildings "С" and "D".
