AFI2B business center
AFI2B is a class A + office complex on 2nd Brestskaya Street in Moscow. The fifteen-story office building harmoniously fits into the historical center of the city and will become a new sketch in its established architectural composition.
In addition to the office part, the project will include trade and infrastructure enterprises, as well as a three-level underground parking for 280 cars. The first floors of the center will be given to street retail: cafes, restaurants and essential stores that will provide office workers and guests of the complex with everything necessary for a comfortable work process and for life.Internal planning and architectural solutions make it possible to maximize the use of space. The undoubted pride of the project is a 2-storey office on the 15th floor with its own terrace and 2nd light overlooking the square of Belorussky Train Station.
The total area of the center is 51,200 square meters. m, of which more than 70% is leasehold. The business center has excellent transport accessibility - proximity to the TTK and the Garden Ring, as well as Zamoskvoretskaya and Koltsevaya metro line stations.
AFI2B is implemented taking into account the methods of international environmental assessment of real estate Breeam, developed by the British company BRE Global, and to meet the highest requirements for the operation of office premises.
Metropolis acted as general designer for this project. The company's specialists made an adjustment to the design documentation and developed working documentation for the facility.
