Our engineering design solutions were based on the best international practice.
As a result, the designed building services ensure comfort microclimate in rooms in compliance with the highest requirements, provide for a possibility of year-round cooling.

All engineering equipment is fitted with automatic regulation and remote control by the building management system, which improves considerably the reliability and operating efficiency of the building services.

The architectural solutions for the project were developed by SPeeCH architectural bureau. The project developer is one of the leading Russian developers MR Group.
