Metropolis is the winner of the BISPO AWARDS 2019 award in the nomination The Best Project for the Construction and Reconstruction of Sports Buildings!

On December 11, at the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park, a solemn summing up of the BISPO AWARDS 2019 National Independent Sports Business Award was held.

Metropolis and the Rythmic Gymnastic Center - Luzhniki jointly announced the project Irina Viner-Usmanovas Gymnastics Palace in Luzhniki as a nominee for the prize and successfully completed all stages of the qualifying rounds.

82 projects out of 246 submitted for participation went to the final of the Prize. On December 10, the PwC Russia office hosted the final stage of the Prize - full-time protection of projects by nominees before an expert jury, based on which the winners of the Prize were determined.


Alexander Vorozhbitov, General Director, and Mohamed Nasser, Commercial Director of Metropolis; Alexander Pankov, General Director of Olimpiko, shared the pleasant minutes of receiving the Diploma and the Award figurine.

The event was attended by over 400 guests - influential and authoritative figures from the field of sports and the sports business, outstanding athletes. Among them: Sergey Pryadkin (RPL), Irina Viner-Usmanova (All-Russian Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics), Roman Avdeev (FC Torpedo), Roman Rotenberg (Russian Hockey Federation), Igor Efremov (FNL), Sergey Kushchenko (VTB United League) and many others.
