The audiovisual festival "Geometry of the Present" was held on the territory of the former power plant GES-2. Our team, involved in the development of project documentation for the construction and reconstruction of the building of the former power plant, took part in the preparation of this space for the festival, completing the working documentation on structural solutions and internal engineering systems.

For several days, the former industrial building turned into a venue with sound and light installations, where dance performances, lectures and workshops were held. The project involved more than 70 artists from around the world. According to the organizers, the main purpose of the event was to explore sound through the interaction of music and space. The event was also attended by our colleagues, together with foreign project partners.

After the festival, the GES-2 building was again closed for reconstruction and will open by 2019 as a museum of contemporary art of the V-A-C Foundation.
