On June 15, 2018, a positive conclusion was received from the Moscow State Expertise on the first stage of the construction of a residential complex on Berzarina Street, 30 in Moscow.

For this project, Metropolis specialists developed structural solutions, internal engineering systems and on-site networks, as well as the construction organization project and other special sections.

The total area of the facility is 28,000 m2.

Architectural solutions and the master plan were developed by the SPeeCH bureau.
