The Glavgosstroyexpertiza of the Republic of Belarus issued a positive conclusion on the project "Multifunctional complex with the Kempinski hotel" in the city of Minsk in the quarter of Independence Avenue - st. Ya. Kupala - the Svisloch River, including engineering and transport infrastructure, cable networks and external power supply facilities that ensure its operation.
