CRE All-Russia Awards 2020 winners announced

The award ceremony for the winners of the CRE All-Russia Awards 2020 and the gala dinner took place on September 24 in Moscow. A special feature of this year was the unification of two traditional awards, the Moscow and the federal one, forced due to the coronavirus pandemic. As usual, the leaders of the commercial real estate industry gathered to sum up the result of the past year and select the best representatives in each category.

This year, the Neva Towers project, in which Metropolis took part, received the CRE Moscow Award 2020 in the Multifunctional Complex category.

For this facility, Metropolis specialists have developed concept and design documentation for internal engineering systems. When developing the project documentation, special attention was paid to ensuring maximum energy efficiency. For example, in a refrigeration center, variable flow rates are provided in the circuits of condensers and evaporators, and the use of free cooling is provided for additional energy savings.

The architectural solutions were developed by the Moscow bureau SPEECH in partnership with the American companies HOK and FXFOWLE Architects, the public spaces were designed by the bureau Hirsch Bedner Associates.

The complex is included in the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats (CTBUH) global high-rise buildings database (Tower 1, Tower 2).

We are happy to congratulate our colleagues from Renaissance Development on this victory and wish them continued professional success and new heights!

Mohammed Nasser, Commercial Director of Metropolis, joined the Trade Expert Committee of the first qualifying round of appraisal of commercial real estate in Moscow and the regions of Russia, implemented and commissioned in 2019.
