The project of the Silver Fountain residential complex, in the development of which the Metropolis team took part, received a Green Zoom Platinum certificate. The residential complex has become the first business class facility in Moscow to be certified according to the "green" standard. The project was also recognized as the best in the Housing Construction category at the All-Russian Competition for Ecological Development and Energy Efficiency Green Awards 2017. The award ceremony took place on September 13, 2017 at the site of the PROESTATE International Real Estate Investment Forum in Moscow.

Green Zoom is a professional Russian standard for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. Developed in 2014, it is based on the theses and experience of the LEED and BREEAM standards, and its uniqueness is its focus on the Russian market.

For the Silver Fountain residential complex, the Metropolis team developed project documentation for structural and engineering solutions, a list of environmental protection measures, energy efficiency measures, a works production plan and on-site networks.
