    MIPIM 2019

From 12 to 15 of March, Alexander Vorozhbitov, General Director, and Mohamed Nasser, Commercial Director of the Metropolis company, became delegates of the MIPIM International Commercial Real Estate Exhibition in Cannes. This year the exhibition became the 30th anniversary. MIPIM is a key event in the real estate industry, where the most influential players in the sector meet for four days - developers, investors, developers, architects, representatives of financial structures and banks, lawyers and government officials.

More than 26,000 participants from 100 countries of the world arrived at MIPIM 2019, including 3,350 exhibiting companies, 5,400 investors, 4,800 developers and 560 government officials. More than 100 conferences and 360 speeches and reports were held as part of the business program.

Mohamed Nasser commented on the results of the trip: “Participation in MIPIM is a great opportunity to personally communicate with colleagues from different companies, get an idea of the trends in the commercial real estate market, and, of course, the opportunity to vote for Zaryadye Park among the MIPIM Awards nominees".

Zaryadye Park, together with the concert hall, was included in the list of finalists in the category "Best Urban Environment Restoration Project" and won. Three more public spaces competed for the prestigious award - an eco-park from China's Changchun, the Kaohsiung National Center for the Arts, located in Taiwan, and a project for the reconstruction of the historic center of Frankfurt am Main.

On March 13, 2019, as part of the International Exhibition, the Barriere Le Majestic Hotel hosted the Russian Breakfast organized by Impress Media for the 30th time. This year the Russian Breakfast was dedicated to the theme “WTF: What’s the Future? Investments in 2050”.

The unique interactive mobile complex "Map of Moscow" became the central point of the exhibition exposition of the Government of Moscow. Urban planning projects of Moscow, shown on the map using innovative technologies, aroused great interest among numerous visitors to the exhibition.
