Metropolis has once again confirmed its status as a leader in the labor market, winning the 2025 All-Russian Employer Rating in the "Design and Architecture" category among companies with 251 to 1,000 employees. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has received the top rating.

The hh.ru rating is the most objective and authoritative study of the Russian labor market, based on a comprehensive assessment. In 2025, 1,792 finalist companies from 69 regions and 41 industries participated, receiving a total of 692,000 votes.

The medium-sized company category, in which Metropolis is represented, was distinguished by the greatest industry diversity in 2025, making its victory in a competitive environment even more significant. This year, our company entered the TOP-50 best companies among all medium-sized -companies in all industries.

The ranking's uniqueness lies in its methodology. Winners are determined by both experts and labor market participants through a four-stage assessment:

1. HR questionnaire – analysis of the company's internal HR processes.
2. Survey of current employees – measurement of the eNPS loyalty index. This year, 421,000 people provided their assessments.
3. Analysis of former employee reviews – 129,000 people shared their opinions.
4. Mass voting by active job seekers – hh.ru users directly selected the best employers.
