Our company has once again confirmed its status as the leader of the Rating of Employers in Russia – 2024 from hh.ru — the largest, most objective and important indicator of the attractiveness of companies for applicants. The rating provides an opportunity to assess which companies really care about their employees and create the best conditions for career and professional growth.
To compile an annual Ranking of employers, analysts hh.ru they analyze the key factors that make companies attractive to work with:
- assessment of the development of the HR function in the company;
- eNPS survey (Employee Loyalty Index);
- survey of job seekers and opinion of former employees.
The last stage is new for the rating and is conducted jointly with the Dream Job platform. To evaluate an employer's brand, feedback is important not only from current employees, but also from those who have worked for the company before. This is an important part of the perception of a brand in the labor market, as 95% of candidates get acquainted with employer feedback before responding or accepting an offer, and 70% are ready to look for real feedback, the study showed by hh.ru.
The category of "Medium—sized companies" (from 250 to 1,000 employees), to which Metropolis belongs in the Ranking, is the fastest growing and largest category of the Rating: the number of participants in them has increased by a third compared to 2023, reaching 591 finalists among all industries.
