    Metropolis won at the BIM&Security 2022 competition

    On September 22, the Moscow Clinical Scientific and Practical Center named after A.S. Loginov of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow, in which the Metropolis company took part as a general designer, was declared the best in the nomination "The largest number of elements in a BIM model" at the BIM&Security 2022 competition.


    BIM&Security is an annual competition for the application of BIM technologies in the security systems market, thanks to which the best projects and notable figures in the field of technology development and promotion are recognized, and professionals are given the opportunity to exchange experiences and establish mutually beneficial cooperation. The award is held in conjunction with the BIM&Security conference, which highlights the latest trends in the development and use of BIM technologies. The organizer of the event is RUBEZH.



    The competition was held in 3 stages. Applications were accepted until April 29, then the projects were reviewed and the finalists were determined in four nominations.


    On September 22, the winners were awarded at the Mosstroyinform Congress and Exhibition Center. Svyatoslav Lozhnikov, Deputy Head of the Communication and Signaling Systems department of Metropolis, accepted the award on behalf of our company for the MCSC project. The specialists of the Metropolis company created 27 digital models of the facility, which has an area of 75,550 m2.


    As the winner in the nomination "The largest number of elements in the BIM model", Svyatoslav made a presentation on the topic "Practical experience and design features of the section of communication and signaling systems using BIM" on the example of MCSC named after A.S. Loginov.

    At the conference, Svetlana Parkhomenko, Head of the BIM-technologies department at Metropolis, made a presentation on the topic “Requirements and recommendations for passing the project expertise in the BIM format”.
