The construction of the first stage of the most ambitious residential project on Presnenskaya embankment, a multifunctional complex with premium class apartments Neva Towers (developer Renaissance Development), has been completed in the Moscow City business center. The second phase will be commissioned in 2020.

Due to the concept of residential skyscrapers with panoramic views, its own private park and club infrastructure, Neva Towers has become the most successful in the history of Moscow City: at least one transaction a day has been taking place here since the start of sales. However, most buyers buy apartments in Neva Towers for their own permanent residence.
The Metropolis company completed the “Concept” stage, the “Project” documentation for the facility, and also provided consulting services. The complex is included in the CTBUH Global Tall Buildings Database (Tower 1, Tower 2).
Developing the Neva Towers concept, architects - the American bureau HOK and the Russian bureau SPEECH - were inspired by classic New York art-deco skyscrapers. As a result, the glass facades of the towers received a decor in the form of pylons made of light stone, which emphasize the monumentality of the building.
Neva Towers is one of the three tallest buildings in Moscow City, along with Federation Tower and the OKO skyscraper. The complex consists of two towers (65 and 79 floors), united by a common four-story stylobate, on the roof of which there is a private park with a panoramic pool 20 m long, spa, fitness center, cinema hall, squash court, virtual golf.
One of the main advantages of the complex, due to which it is chosen for family living, is panoramic views of Moscow. Thanks to its advantageous location, skyscrapers provide a circular overview of the city center - from Victory Park to the Ostankino Tower. The apartments are for sale with white box or full finish, penthouses are in shell & core condition.
In In addition to residential premises, Neva Towers provides offices (they will occupy 26 floors of one of the two towers), as well as shops, restaurants, cafes, bank branches and other commercial infrastructure (they will occupy four floors of the stylobate part). The underground part of the complex will also accommodate parking for 2040 parking spaces.
